Serving as CEC’s Water Resources Practice Lead, Matt Gramza is a professional engineer working out of CEC’s Cincinnati, OH, office. He has over 25 years in the engineering consulting and construction fields. His special water resources and land development engineering experience helps to problem solve tough site situations saving time and money while providing sound engineering solutions. Mr. Gramza’s ability to help project owner’s implement their vision has proven a successful tool as shown in the high quality, sustainable, and enduring final products. Having actively participated in extensive large contract value engineering processes, he knows how to provide quality designs that can be built at a cost-effective price. His thorough grasp of the regulatory process for land development and water resource projects can help navigate project permitting with a clear understanding of how to manage design and construction schedules.
