The founders and leaders of CEC focus on maintaining a minimal administrative burden on our employees. We want our employees to be able to spend their time providing services to our clients and developing professionally, not wasting time and preparing reports that have little or no measurable value. It is one of CEC's strategic goals to keep corporate red tape to a minimum, and maintaining a low administrative burden is a focus of our Management Committee.

Our focus on reducing red tape is borne of our leadership being comprised of engineers and scientists who enjoy practicing their professional skills. We want our employees to focus on that while working for CEC, not the administrative burden imposed by many firms in the industry.
