CEC was selected as a Top Places to Work in both 2012 and 2013. Our focus on employees includes:
Sharing of Profits:CEC splits the annual profits 50/50 between employees and equity building. The employee share includes our 401K match, profit sharing donation to 401K, and employee bonuses.
Employee Bonuses:All CEC employees are on a bonus plan. The employee bonuses are funded as described in the previous item.
Professional Development:The professional development of our employees is a CEC Core Value. We encourage our employees to continuously/annually engage in advanced education courses and seminars to enhance their professional capabilities.
Access to Leadership:All employees have direct access to leadership of CEC. Our leaders have a focus to regularly meet with all employees.
